Improving performances starts from our team, therefore in this first meeting, we thought about the organization chart of our company, the responsibilities and tasks of the different departments. We also set our priorities for the first quarter of the year and defined our meeting rhythm and structure.
During these meetings we have the chance to brainstorm and collaborate to make communication and work for everyone more effective, implementing a set of tools and processes in corporate life.
Through these workshops we aim at implementing our business operating system, focusing on people and channeling human energy to build a renewed business culture.
