Thanks to the consultation of our partner of Festo Italia, last Monday we introduced a new online software ‘Wepladoo‘, a work programme to improve collaboration and organisation among colleagues who have access to the platform.
Wepladoo works as a time meter to standardise work orders and management with the aim of increasing productivity and simplifying scheduling from week to week.
It uses the technique of machine learning, which learns the data of the work standard and is aimed at the improvement of the macro-areas of ‘Plug-in Electric Cabins’, ‘MV Switchgears’, ‘Cabling Area’ and ‘Project Media Office’, where a person can improve and collaborate with the team.
It will be interesting to see how this standardised work can be adapted to improve collaboration and the team climate. Will it be necessary to integrate skills through specific courses? Will this new technology create a competitive environment among colleagues at CR Technology Systems?
