Description

The project has been implemented in Areza, a rural area in the south of Eritrea, aimed to supply electrical material for a photovoltaic plant.

It has been installed:

  • 13 voltage transformers 200kVA 15000/400/240V;
  • 21 voltage transformers 100kVA 15000/415/240V;
  • 26 voltage transformers 50kVA 15000/415/240V;
  • 30 voltage transformers 25kVA 15000/415/240V.
In addition, the project has included over n. 6000 circuit breakers, n. 170 disconnectors and various types of cables and connectors. The n. 2 viallges in Aresa and Maidma have been interconnected to n. 2 photovoltaic plants of total power 2.7MWp.
