MV E-House 34.5kV for oil plant

Sirte Bay (Libya)

Description

Extension of the electrical substation serving the oil plant in Nafoora, at Sirte Bay. The project involves the design, construction, and supply of 34.5kV, 4.16kV and 480V compact and modular plug-in substations.

Carrying out n. 11 compact substations STC-Box on raised basement, connected to n. 4 oil extraction plants and equipped with:

  • Air-insulated MV switchgear Normal Clad 12kV and 36kV 1250A 31.5kA (n. 56 cubicles in total)
  • LV switchboards, Euro-SDS type
  • RTU panels for remote control and communication
  • Transformers
  • Surge arresters
  • HVAC installation
  • Fire-fighting system
  • SCADA system
