Description
Design, construction, supply of the electrical equipment for a photovoltaic plant 25MWp and 60kV GIS substation in Angola.
The PV plant represents an important source of renewable energy and reduces the consumption of diesel fuel for electricity generation and related greenhouse gas emissions. It is a big step for Angola’s energy transition.
Moreover, the project will also contribute to the sustainable development of communities in the surrounding areas, through social benefits, such as an easier provision of water, health, and energy services.
The big project has included the switching station and transformation cabins for the distribution of solar power into the grid.
N. 1 Switching station, Main Technical Room, equipped with:
- Power cables LV and MV
- Air-insulated MV switchgear ATR 24kV 1250/630A 16kA
- LV switchboard
- SCADA system
- HVAC system
- UPS
- Auxiliary transformer
N. 4 power stations, STC-Skid type, each equipped with:
- Oil type power transformer 15/0.8-0.8kV 7MVA
- GIS MV switchgear
- LV switchboard
- Paralleling LV switchboards
- SCADA system
- HVAC system
- UPS
- Auxiliary transformer
