Description

The project includes the deisgn, manufacturing and supply of nr. 2 E-Houses 33kV, equipped with ATR switchgear 36kV 1250A 20kA(1s) for Pillswood BESS plants 100MW.

It is the largest BESS system in Europe (by MWh). The E-House is a crucial component of the BESS plants. It provides a safe and reliable way to connect the battery storage system to the grid, ensuring that the system can be operated efficiently.
BESS, or Battery Energy Storage Systems, is becoming increasingly popular due to their ability to store energy during low demand periods and supply it during high demand periods. This helps to balance the grid and reduce the need for fossil fuel-based peaker plants, which are expensive and emit large amounts of greenhouse gases.
This is an exciting development for the energy storage industry and we are proud to have been a part of this project.
