eHOUSE: the smart solution for energy distribution

Description

We have designed and manufactured n. 5 compact plug-in substations for MV and LV electricity distribution at a territorial level, primarily designed for hotel facilities. The cabins are part of a unified MV distribution system with a double-ring configuration.

In detail, the eHouses feature the following specifications:

  • eHouse for medium voltage distribution, with 20 ATR-Ring cubicles, 24kV 630A 16kA(1s);
  • eHouse for medium voltage distribution, with 23 ATR-Ring cubicles, 24kV 630A 16kA(1s);
  • eHouse for medium voltage distribution, with 21 ATR-Ring cubicles, 24kV 630A 16kA(1s);
  • eHouse for medium voltage distribution, with 24 ATR-Ring cubicles, 24kV 630A 16kA(1s);
  • eHouse for medium voltage distribution, with 26 ATR-Ring cubicles, 24kV 630A 16kA(1s).
Additionally, each cabin is equipped with BT Euro SDS panels 220/127V 60Hz, RTU panels connected to SCADA, 50kVA resin three-phase transformers, Euro P&C panels for public lighting control systems, air conditioning systems, fire prevention systems, 150Ah battery chargers/UPS for auxiliary privileged cabin services with independent redundant power supply from 3 sources, and auxiliary equipment.
All cabins communicate with the SCADA system via 4G/LTE and fiber optic. The SCADA panel will be positioned in a dedicated control and monitoring room, centrally located with respect to the ring cabins, for their supervision and remote or manual intervention in case of field operations or scheduled maintenance. The communication protocols used within the entire supervision system include Gateway IEC 61870-5-104, Modbus, IEC 61850, and GPS using the NTP protocol for time synchronization.
