OUR TEAM – KNOW-HOW AND EXPERTISE

CR technology systems Team

The strength of our team lies in the synergy between experienced professionals and new talents, all sharing a vision of personal growth and continuous technical improvement.

Thanks to our engineering hub, we develop cutting-edge solutions to meet and anticipate market demands. We design comprehensive solutions, from study and development to implementation and commissioning. Listening to our clients and analyzing the market are also essential to identifying trends and maintaining our competitive edge.

We asked Diana Constantin, HR Manager at CR Technology Systems S.p.A., about the key skills required for technical and operational roles.

Technical skills and knowledge

“These roles certainly require a solid technical foundation. Candidates from technical institutes with an electrical or mechanical focus have an advantage over those with different educational backgrounds.”

Diana explains that those working in the technical office or closely with it—such as Project Managers (PMs) or sales representatives—must have excellent skills in reading electrical and mechanical drawings and be proficient in design software such as Betacad or SolidEdge for project development. Additionally, a good command of the Office suite and the English language is essential for interacting with clients, who are often international, to define technical details.

For those in production, the ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams is also important, though it can be acquired through hands-on experience. However, for senior roles such as area managers and testers, an advanced ability to read drawings is crucial to ensure optimal assembly and quality control.

At the operational level, in-depth IT or language skills are not mandatory, but familiarity with essential hand tools and machinery used in production is fundamental.

The importance of soft skills

Soft skills are becoming increasingly critical for teamwork and for demonstrating a willingness to grow within the company.

“We have realized how essential both technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills are. Hard skills develop over time through experience, while soft skills are influenced by multiple factors. Today, they are fundamental in every department, whether technical or operational: all employees must be collaborative and able to communicate effectively.”

The ability to communicate and work in a team is the foundation of every corporate activity. Flexibility is essential in a medium-sized company, as is the ability to adapt to different environments, adjust communication styles based on the audience, and tackle challenges with a critical and constructive mindset.

Another key characteristic is effective time and workload management. Being empathetic, open to learning, and motivated to grow professionally are qualities that make a difference for those looking to join our team.
