Today, October 8th, on the occasion of World Dyslexia Awareness Day, C.R. Technology Systems would like to reaffirm the importance of inclusion and the value of neurodiversity in the workplace. Our HR team recently participated in the “Find Your Human Power” webinar organized by Fondazione Human Age Institute ETS, which discussed how dyslexia and other forms of neurodiversity can be seen as strengths rather than limitations.
Companies should strive to provide tools and technologies that allow individuals with disabilities to fully express their potential. These tools can benefit the entire workforce, fostering a more equitable and efficient work environment. In this context, new professional roles, such as the Disability and Diversity Manager, are emerging, promoting diversity in all its forms. These roles show that individuals with seemingly different life paths can be valuable assets to companies, bringing resilience and creative thinking.
For us, inclusion means welcoming and understanding, because only together can we build a better and more human workplace for everyone.
